RETICULATED FOAM has 100% open cells. It ranges from 10 PPI to 105 PPI by its cell size. (PPI = pores per inch)

Applications: Air Filter
Ester based Reticulated Foam: These are stable with petroleum products and can be used effectively to mop up and filter petroleum products. Ester-based automotive filters are technically superior to paper filters in terms of efficiency, life, and reusability.
Ether based Reticulated Foam: These are not affected by water and are ideal for water filtration.
At our plant, foam conversion transforms raw foam blocks into customised thickness sheets through a block cutting machine. These sheets are used to make customised components through a specialised and unique cutting technique designed by Mr. Devendra Khole (Director, Devendra Industries). This makes foam conversion essential for creating custom solutions for Automotive, agriculture, medical, machinery maintenance and compressor air filtration applications.
We use precision technology of cutting with methods like laminations and adhesive application and backing to secure foam to surfaces or other materials.
These methods can be used individually or combined depending on the final product requirements.
